Year 1999
Ing. Petr Gross s.r.o. was established by Ing. Petr Gross.
It began manufacturing plastic parts for E-technik s.r.o. which focuses on the production of home appliances (coffee machines, kettles, fryers and others) mainly for end customers such as Bosch and Siemens.
Year 2006
Since this year, the company has been focusing on the development and production of technologically advanced optical and technical components and launched assembly-line production of plastic parts for the automotive industry.
Year 2008
Due to the expansion of company’s production activities and the growing team, the leased premises in E-technik were not sufficient, so a new production hall (injection moulding station 1) started to be built.
Year 2010
Over time, the current injection premises became inadequate, so we embarked on the construction of a second injection hall along with storage premises. That same year, we began producing two-component optical components (2K).
Year 2011
From the very beginning, our goal was to build our own tool shop, where we would conduct the development and production of injection moulds. That’s what happened in Vrbno pod Pradědem where Ing. Petr Gross comes from.
Year 2013
Since the founding of the company, the number of employees has been growing rapidly, so it was absolutely necessary to start building new offices as well as a new measurement center.
Year 2014
The original storage premises became inadequate over time and it was necessary to build a new warehouse of 800m². At present, we have a storage space of 2,100 m².
Year 2015
This year saw an investment in the acquisition of 7 new injection machines, including 3K (3 component), and the subsequent launch of the production of thick-walled and 3K optical components. In the same year, another storage of hall of 1,300 m² was built.
Year 2016
This year, Ing. Petr Gross was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 award of the Olomouc Region.
We place great emphasis on investing in the development of new technologies, machinery for continuous expansion of production capacities and corporate infrastructure.
Year 2018
This year, the construction of a new administrative building began. In spite of annual turnover growth of 20%, the company preserves its character of a Czech family company with high loyalty of key employees and management. This year we placed 3rd at the Czech Leaders Awards in the Olomouc Region.

Own measurement centre
For the purpose of ensuring dimensional accuracy of our products, according to the given design documentation, we have top-notch systems and many years of experience in the non-contact 3D optical measurement of parts of different shapes and sizes.

Own development centre
The development centre focuses on the development of new technologies, mainly the injection of thick-walled and multi-component optical components, as well as the development and implementation of advanced automation of production.
Furthermore, we are working on the development and production of our own patents and products such as automatic snow chains for cars and trucks.
