Production of standard and multi-component moulds
Our modern toolroom is located in the newly-built fully air-conditioned hall in Vrbno pod Pradědem to achieve maximum production accuracy.
We are able to provide comprehensive services according to specific needs of the customer from the development and fabrication of the structure to the actual production of a tool including polishing to a mirror shine.
Our specialisation is the production of multi-component moulds (2K and 3K) and also tools for the production of thick-walled optical components and optical fibres. We produce injection moulds up to a total weight of 8t and dimensions of clamping plates of 1,000 x 1,000 mm.
Experienced professionals working with the latest technologies on the state-of-the art machines guarantee high quality and accuracy.
The toolroom is equipped with MIcron and Sodic machines.
Quality control and preparation of measurement protocols are provided by the measuring centre equipped with CMM Wenzel 3D metrology.
